Voice Mail, Keypad (q1)

THE KEYPAD WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE NUMBERS ENTERED TO DELETE OR SAVE VOICE MESSAGES. nOW VM MESSAGES ARE FULL. KEYPAD WORKS TO ENTER NUMBERS TO CALL. HOW IS THIS FIXED
