My Lg 32dl550 Is Stuck On The Lg 'splash Screen' With The Red Light Flashing.
The red light flashes slowly. I was told I need to get a firmware update. How do you update firmware when the TV is stuck on splash screen?

I recommend you unplug the TV for about 45 seconds to a minute before testing it again. If this does not resolve the matter, then the unit may require service. To make service arrangements, you may contact Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.
