Not Working With Windows 7

I have LG GGW-H20L. Serial no. 809ZAQV005964. My OS is windows7. Prevoiusly working great with Windows Vista. I change my OS to windows7. Now I burn Bluray disc, warnning came out, said " device not ready Code 3. Why? Need new driver for windows7 or need to update firmware?

Check this discussion over at Microsoft regarding this player. The player is not listed as Windows 7 compatible.
