Dryer Won't Heat Up

I have LG DLG3744U gas dryer model. Suddenly it will not heat. it reads "check filter". Lint trap cleaned and exhaust vent cleaned without any luck. Any recalls on parts, troubling shooting, or parts replacement suggestions? Thanks. Dan

 If lint gets built up around the thermostat it will overheat and shut it down until it cools. To get to it, you have to take the back off and get in there with a shop vac and suck all the lint away from it. If that doesn't work, could be the thermostat.Bet it is lint around the thermostat though.

There might be a problem with your device particularly in its drying sectionl. The best thing you can do is to put it in its box and try to go to the electronic repair shop. The electronic technician could perform the troubleshooting and repair for your device, just remember not to experiment in opening your device.
