I Realize This Item Has Been Discontinued, Is There A Pedestal That I Can Buy?

Based on my research, your LG DLG3744S doesnt' have a pedestal/stand available for purchase online. Howver, you can still use a universal TV wall mount for your TV. The parts of your TV is not available because this is a continued product. You can purchase TV Wall Mounts from the link below.
