Stack Kit For Lg Dle 1310w

I was sold the WSTK1 Stack kit for my LG DLE 1310W Dryer.  It does not come close to fiting the dryer base.  I looked on line and it shows a different kind of stack  kit for the dryer.  I called BrandSmart and they insisted that the stack kit I have is the only one for the dryer. Where do I go from here?
