Lost The Control By Remote Control And Tv Keys

Hello, How can I solve this problem, I lost the Control by remote and keys I can't do anything with tv except switch on and switch off by socket and no sound I.Could you tell me what is that problem and how can I solve it. Regards

Sounds like an internal power supply problem. It seems that the part of the power supply inside the TV has failed and removed the necessary voltage to allow you to control the TV. I think you will need the help of an engineer.

I have attached a link to a user guide which may offer some assistance in controlling the TV or give an insight as to whether a factory reset can be done without the aid of the remote which could solve the issue.
