I Need To Address Not The Po Box For The Corporate Office Please.
I have sent a letter and an email to Ballys/LA fitness to cancel my membership do to major health issues. I sent a letter from my doctor along with writing a cancel membership letter. I received an email from Bally's indicating that LA Fitness has all the records so I would need to request in writing a cancellation to LA Fitness which I am doing now. But I need to have a physical address of the corporate office.
If I could get that I can forward my letter to their office.
