Hello pugsinbed try one or more of these solutions:
-
Transfer pictures: Connect the camera to your computer and transfer your pictures to your computer. After transfering when prompted to save or delete them from the camera, choose delete. You can also delete pictures be pressing the Review button, then the Delete button.

Use a memory card: Turn off the camera and insert a memory card. This will place new picture in the storage card.
