Gift.
I was giving a pair of shoes for my birthday. The tags on still on them . No reciept. I took them to return them for something else. the customer service person was so rude. She would not let me exchange them. I was going to get something else there. I am so up set. I shop at K-mart all the time. I am a vip member. I am in Raleigh, NC Please help. You will lose a good customer.

I sympathize with your predicament, but unfortunately Kmart's published return policy states that "an original receipt or email confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges."
