Senior Discounts

I have a list of companys that offer senior discounts for age 50 an up now it tells me that kmart offers 40% off on Wednesdays for seniors but when I tried to use it they told me that they don't participate in this. So why offer this if its not true I was at the Butler K-mart in Pullman square if this is true I will not be shopping there anymore. Could you please tell me which K-marts do participate in this? I would really appreciate an explanation for this. Or I will be going to elsewhere that do offer senior discounts. thank you Linda Boyda

Sorry for your problems.

1. With chain stores like Kmart, participation in special offers like this is often at the discretion of the individual store. It sounds like you relied on a list not published by Kmart. Kmart's notice of the offer probably included that proviso.
