How To Get K-mart To Rectify Their Own Problem On Order *976651166

I ordered a twin 6 inch memory foam mattress which the email said was shipped. When I got the box and opened it, it contained a full size 6 inch tight top mattress. Of course, once out of the box, there is no way I can get it back in the box since it was originally vacuum packed. So not only can I not return something that was your mistake in the first place, I'm left to dispose of this piece of junk that I didn't want. I would not have ordered online at all except for the fact that I have no way of hauling large items. I am so aggravated with the lack of help from K-mart AND the lack of accepting responsibility for YOUR mistake that I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from K-mart again. Plus, I intend to tell everyone I know of what poor service you offer when it was your mistake in the first place. Your website is a total joke. There is no way to get help. Now I understand why. You have no intention of fixing problems.
