Kuic15phzs Problems

The ice maker keeps having water flow into the back of the ice bin, constantly having to pump the water away and preventing much of its ice making. Also, is there a repair manual available with schematics? This is the 3rd issue we have had in the 1 1/2 years since we purchased this machine.
