How Do I Replace The Spindles/axels Of The Wheels On The Upper Rack?

These spindle "legs" for lack of a better description of which are there are 3 or 4 over which the roller fits and rolls are breaking off, and therefore making the roller no longer fit tightly enough on the spindle to stay in place.  The roller simply comes away from the spindle, slips out of the guide track and falls to the bottom of the dishwasher.  Need to replace these spindles or the part to which they are connected if it is one and the same part.  Where do I order this part or do I have to order an entirely new upper rack? Can you provide a link to a site where I can order the exact part required? Thank you
