Kitchenaid Ksrs25rvmk
the fan and compressor on my fridge is running but it is not cooling the freezer or frige. how can i diagnose what the issue is?

Anytime you dealing with any kind of refridgerant its always best to call a trained professional to diagnose the issue.
My guess and most simple thing to do would be to check if the cooling system needs to be charged in the same way you would charge a cars cooling system. But R-134A and other refridgerants can be toxic if inhaled aswell as sometimes flamable depending on the type of refridgerant it is.
In this case its probably best to call the repair guy.
