Has There Ever Been A Recall On The Kitchenaid Ksrg25ftst Refrigerator?
Our refrigerator does not have adequate insulation between the frig and freezer, so the freezer gets all frosty with ice build up and then it shuts itself down, so the frig turns off. KitchenAid said they could not help us because it is 4 years old and out of warranty. The repairman said ours is the 4th one he has seen with this problem in a month and it was too expensive to fix.
