Ice Maker Won't Dispense Ice Or Crushed Ice..
My Kitchen Aid Model # KSCK23FVBL Stopped dispensing Ice &also crushed ice a few months ago. I have removed the motor assembly and hex shaped shaft that turns the ice maker (auger) ?? and reinstalled the whole assembly back in place. The Motor Is operating properly and also turning the (ice maker auger) while the ice container is empty.As soon as I put ice into the base of the ice container,the auger wont turn anymore & dispense or crush ice on either mode control ?? Any quick fix solutions available ?? I purchased the Unit On 9/22/2012..Regards,Greg Simonin
