Too Warm

My refrigerator, mainly the freezer has become to warm. I have been unable to get the freezer below 20degrees and the fridge sometimes stays at 36 but then can jump. The other symptom I have noticed is the door jams and door seals are REALLY hot. This all just recently started in the last week and half or so. I have a Kitchenaid Model

Hi. Part of page 3 of the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/KitchenAid/KSBS25INSS/29370 reads: If the temperature is too warm or too cold in the refrigerator or freezer, first check the air vents to be sure they are not blocked. If you need to adjust temperatures, use the settings listed in the chart below as a guide. Wait at least 24 hours between adjustments. Read more on this off the same page.
