Clothes Ripped Aftre Wash.

Hi, Sometime my clothes came out from washer after each washed got rip since brand new. I called kicthen Aid technician came out & checked didn't find any problem. Do you know of any recall for this model # KHWS02RWH0 of washer. THanks
