Where To Find Replacement Parts In Canada For Immersion Blender 4khb100wh0

Good morningI have the Kitchenaid immersion 9 speed blender model 4khb100wh0 in white and need to replace the blade handle only. The handheld motor part still works well but the rubber under the rotating blade has come undome. So I need this part. Is there anywhere in Canada where I can order this???I have called Whirlpool and they cannot help, saying there is nothing in Canada, and the ones who do have in the US, do not ship to Canada????? which sounds absolutely unthinkable since Kitchenaid appliances are definately a BIG seller, and if replacement parts cannot be purchased, it seems totally unbeleivable. Why should I have to buy a new item, when the motor is still working great and all I need id the lower blade handle?? What a waste that would be.I hope you can tell me where/who to contact. I make meals for a living and have Kitchenaid appliances for myself and have bought for my daughter. However if parts cannot be found in Canada, and I have to purchase a new unit, it will definately not be a Kitchenaid, a name I will have to scratch from my purchase list, and let all my entourage know about; which is too bad since I do love your products. I have just spent 2 hours this morning, on the phone, on the internet, and it should not be so complicated to buy such a simple replacement part. I am so dissapointed and frustrated, and to think I just bought my daughter this same item, just last week. If I had known, I would have chosen a different brand.
