Open Door Message, And Some Other Issues.

I have the message "door open" on the screen. I have cleaned the seals to no avail. At the same time the light is not working, and I have replaced the bulb. Finally I have a problem with water gathering in the bottom portion and freezing- I attributed this to my son who has a tendency to leave the lower freezer compartment open just a little.
