I Have A Kitchenaid Side By Side Refrigerator. The Ice Make Has Stopped Working

Model number KFIL27CXMS, S/N K01421386. I have cleared the ice tray and ensured it's correctly in place. I've turned on/off ice maker. Turned cooler off/on. Makes sound of ice maker being filled is not maker ice. When I first noticed the tray was not full, I could feel ice in maker. Seems to be making ice but not dumping. Ideas?
