I Don't See Any Evidence Of A Yellow Or Red Light To Indicate Waterfilter Change

I've had my KECS22EVMS for 15 months. 2 Adults use interior water dispenser on a daily basis. Manual refers to yellow and red lights to indicate change is needed. All I see is blue lights. Blue light on the replace side has been on for months. Should I not wait for it to turn to yellow or red? Or is this a modification not mentioned in the manual - that is it doesn't have yellow or red lights?
