Trip The Circuit Breaker All The Time.

My oven is less than 5 years and used less than 20 times. I used it to store hot food/dish recently. Mosiure had built up. About month later, it trip the breaker and happen all the time now. I pull it out. Electrician checked the house wire and kitchenAid certified technician checked and found nothing wrong but suggested to replace the lelay boarch, the central Electricity board. Any suggestion? Thanks!
