How Do You Change The Light Bulb In The Kitchenaid Microwave Kbms1454sss And

where can you buy a replacement. I have never come across so difficult challenge to change a bulb. I must be doing something wrong.

Not easy, you actually will need to uninstall the entire unit and remove the top panel in order to access the light bulb. The light bulb is also very expensive unfortunately. Go here for the bulb.
