My Kindle Will Not Charge I Tried With Different Charges And Plugs And Outlets.

Hello Follow these steps if the Kindle battery is not charging: Connect Kindle to a different outlet. Verify the charge light at the base of the Kindle is on. Restart Kindle by pressing Home > Menu > Settings > Menu and select "Restart." Is the charge light on? Contact Customer Service. Is the charge light off? AC adapter needs to be replaced. Contact customer service for in-warranty options. Follow these steps if the Kindle Battery is not holding a charge: Turn wireless off and fully charge your Kindle. With wireless turned off, Kindle battery life should be: At least 7 days If battery lasts less than the time frame given above, contact customer service. If none of this helps, or you need to contact Customer Service here are the numbers: In the United States: 1-866-321-8851 Outside the United States: 1-206-266-0927
