I just str up an account at Amazon.com, then I am attempting to set up my new Kindle and it keeps telling me the e-mail address and password entered do not match any accounts on record. I have signed off of amazon.com and signed back on and everything is correct but again tried to enter it on the kindle and I keep getting the same message.
