My Kindle Went To Blue Screen-now Black. Tried Reset, No Luck.
I bought my kindle in February 2013. In October it went to a blue screen while I was using it. I thought it overheated, took it to Best Buy the following day and when I got there is was working fine. Two days ago is went to a blue screen again when I was using it. The unit isn't warm or overheated, the screen is black now. I have tried to reset a couple of times. I can see a faint charger battery in the black when I hit reset, then it fades. Other than that nothing is happening.
