Are Kindle Has Stooped Working. How Can We Get It Fixed?
We received it as a gift in Dec. 2010. I have lost the receipt.
The screen is blank with faded lines throughout. the pages advance, however the bottom half only has sporadic words with lines going through them. help we love it and wish to fix it.
