Why Won't My Classic Words Game Open

It may be likely that it isn't an issue with the Kindle, but more with the game/app itself. Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling it? Try doing that and see if it resolves your issue. If everything else is working properly on your Kindle, then you can be certain it's the chess game/app.
