Kimberly Clark In-sight Omni Roll Towel Dispenser

Can anyone supply a diagram on the proper way to tear the paper towel roll from this dispenser?I want to display the diagram on the unit itself so that the Neanderthals who use our building's rest room tear off the towel properly (i.e., "tear UP and ACROSS at same time"), so that a hanging portion of towel is left for the next user to grasp.

No there is no diagram availbale you need to check with a technician or kimberly itself
