Problems In Making An Order Through Dealers

Hello gentlemen,today (Aug 10, 2018) I have applied to a KIA dealer in Kazakhstan asking to ship a KIA Soul white-red colored with leather seats, and said I am ready to wait as long as necessary till it gets from Korea.The reply I got was more than surprising, the guy at the consultant desk said they are not able to order the car with my requested paramerters because usually they receive a specific number of KIAs with specific colors and insides, and the model I asked is not included, so I was simply refused to purchase a car. I am pretty sure it is a wrong approach to clients and KIA main company is not aware, and it is violating KIA internal procedures. I checked on the websire of KIA - there is a car I asked on photos, and the dealers confirm that it actually exists, but they are not following customer orders, they simply trade with whatever thay get from the main company. Please kindly advise if that can be dealt somehow.
