Is It Normal To Have To Replace 2011 Sorento Rotors Due To Rust At Only 31000 Mi

dealer imformed me have to replace all 4 rotors & pads on 2011 sorento at 32000 miles due to rust. Any available help from factory on bill ? Doesnt seem like they should rust so fast ?
