2010 Soul Remote Starter

My daughter has a 2010 Kia Soul. I want to put a remote starter in it for her. I want to know if it is possible to have a remoter starte that will not only start the car but also have the keyless entry too? I had one company tell me that the remote starter will work but the keyless entry will work ONLY when the motor is NOT running!!!
