No Power
i dont have the power control wire hooked up.is that the problem?where do you put it ?is it pos or neg?

The power control wire must be connected - this triggers the amp on (an off when car is shut off/radio is turned off. It requires positive power. Depending upon the head unit being used, it should be a blue wire with a white stripe or a solid blue wire coming off the back. If your head unit does not have either of these wires, you can splice on to another power source which is switched on when the key is turned to ACC - such as turn signal power, blower motor power, radio power trigger or the like.
