Shelving Unit That Has Slides For Crisper Broke Apart.

The shelf that the two crisper units slide into have disintegrated. On both sides where the crisper holds produce, has came off in pieces. Started on one side, now both sides have broken apart. Meaning the crisper units now sit on the bottom and can't slide into the shelf unit. I purchased this refrigerator on my Sears Master Card September, 2010. I paid for the protection agreement of $229.00. I would like a replacement shelf. I have all my receipts.Thank you for your assistance.
