Did you try the bake AND the broil features in your oven? If neither of them are working, the problem may be a tripped circuit breaker. Check out the circuit breakers for the stove in your circuit breaker panel (usually located in your basement). Stoves usually have two breakers, so one may have tripped but not the other. Reset it if that's the case and you should be okay.

If only one of the elements is not working (bake or broil), then you need a new element. The element may have burned out during the self-cleaning cycle. Not hard to replace, but you'd probably have to order one from the stove manufacturer.
