Will Not Turn On ?

My washer will not turn on.  I unplug, let sit and plug back in - now the diplay will power up and i can turn on and use for a wash. After completed - I remove cloths and again, the unit will not turn on.  Agian I unplug, let sit and plug back in to the wall - unit powers up for use. If i plug in and let sit for 10 minutes - unit will power itself off and will not power up?.
