Freezer Runs All The Time.
My Kenmore freezer runs constantly. It is an upright frost free type. I noticed that there is ice that has formed on the bottom of the freezer. I have also noticed a "slit" in the back near the bottom that is covered with solid ice. Why is this happening and could this be the reason the freezer runs all the time.Thank You.
