Adjust Feed Dogs
The feed dogs will not pull the fabric thru to sew. The feed dogs look to be below the plate. I have checked the button that raises and lowers them and it is in the highest position. How do I raise them? Thank you.

Your question says the feed dogs are in the highest position--which means they cannot be raised. Your machine may suffer from a sample defect. I suggest you phone Kenmore: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/kenmore/customer-service.
