Kaiser is an independent entity, they do not normally work with outside organizations. They have internal groups that provide the same sorts of services and will direct you to them.
There are always exceptions to the rule. You will need to discuss options with your Kaiser doctor and get special permission to go outside of Kaiser for treatment.
