What is the process to cancel my Kaiser Permanente membership?

I want to cancel my Kaiser Permanente membership, but they make it really complicated. I have read a lot of Kaiser Permanente cancellation nightmares so I was wondering if anybody had figured out the best process to cancel.

Call 1-866-238-2808  voice

You will have to FAX a cancellation notice as they must have signed document to cancel.

They will give you that FAX phone number

i have a nightmares also in cancelling my membership with kaiser.i send a formal litter,but till now kaiser charge my credit card.
