You can't fly from Santa Ana (SNA) on Jet Blue. The closest airports would be Long Beach (LGB) and Los Angeles (LAX).

Select Multi City option when you book your trip on Jet Blue's website. This will allow you to book a flight from Boston to San Francisco and then return from either Long Beach or Los Angeles to Boston.

Hope this helps.
