Hurricane Sandy is impacting travel along the east coast of the United States and Bermuda. Sandy has weakened into a trough of low pressure over western Pennsylvania, with no discernible surface circulation. Various watches, warnings and advisories remain in effect from the Northeast coast to the Great Lakes.
