Wired Remote Control not functioning
· Verify the Remote Receiver Module is properly connected to the designated “Wired
Remote” pigtail and not inadvertently connected to the Sirius Module or iPod
pigtails.
· Verify there are no bent pins in connectors.
· Remote not programmed to Receiver Module. Follow programming instructions in
manual to reprogram remote.
· Replace battery (CR2032).
Poor reception
· The black wire is the antenna. Make sure this is not inadvertently Grounded.
· For best reception, do not coil antenna. Route antenna so that it can be fully
extended. Try to avoid running parallel to power wires.
Note: RED wire is for programming use only. Do not connect this to 12V+ except during
programming sequence.
B Woods
