Driving 2008 Jeep Patriot From South To Ny State .

mileage is a little over 40,000. what do I need to do to 'winterize' the vehicle? i will be driving Jeep throughout winter months in ny state, so any recommendations to keep vehicle optimally functioning throughout winter months are appreciated.

I suggest that you buy winter tires for your vehicle for your own personal safety. Remember in cold weather to wait until the engine gets warm. When I lived in NY sometimes it could even take 20 minutes. Best of Luck
