You can call a locksmith, use your spare key or

on outside of glass stick a coat hanger between the Glass and rubber with a hook bent on the end of hanger catch metal rod that goes to small button lock at door handle and pull.my 01 wrangler inadvertently became locked while running and i opened it with my tape measure and a flashlight. These are perhaps the only vehicles left that you can still do this with.

If the windows can be opened in any way, you can get the keys from the jeep. Else, you will need to call a locksmith to open the door of the car.
