Noise In Rear Axle Assembly

I have a roaring noise coming from my rear wheels. I just had tne wheel bearings and hub replaced but he noise is still there.  What is happening?

Yes, they replaced the wrong side,or they didn't replace it at all.Bring it back to the place and tell them to look again at it.
