After consulting with the Operating Instruction Manual for the Panasonic KG-TG7645 (http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/KXTG7622-MUL.PDF), I determined that a Bluetooth headset can only be used to answer a call, not place a call. You will still need to use the phone base to dial a call. The headset, however, can be used to answer calls. Refer to Panasonic for assistance with this configuration.
