Need Help Setting Up Jabra Vbt185z On Iphone 4h
Phone doesn't find headset it just keeps searching

You have to make sure that the Jabra vBT185z is in pairing mode first. To do this, start with the unit turned OFF, then press and hold the answer/end button until the light is solid blue (not flashing). Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the vBT185z as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
